A graduate of the University of Malta, Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Performance. During her second year at UOM, Elaine was also awarded a LTCL Diploma in Piano Performance with Distinction. After finishing her first degree, she later graduated again in Music Education, being certified with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the same institution. A year later, Elaine was awarded a scholarship by the ‘Master It!’ scheme, through which she completed a Master of Music Degree with Distinction, at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, in the UK.

Over the years, Elaine has had the opportunity to perform in many prestigious and well-known venues around the Maltese islands. Such locations include Teatru Salesjani in Sliema, Robert Sammut Hall in Floriana, Villa Bologna in Attard, the Presidential Palace and the Teatru Manoel in Valletta, among many others. During her time in the UK, Elaine performed in concerts around and outside of London, both as a soloist and a chamber musician. Elaine has performed in different musical scenarios and ensembles all around the Maltese islands, such as ‘The Carnival of the Animals’ at Teatru Manoel, ‘Notte Bianca 2015’ in Valletta, ‘The Last Five Years – The Musical’ at MSpace, ‘L-Għanja Tal-Poplu’ at Teatru Rjal, and ‘The Sound of Music’ at Malta Mediterranean Conference Centre, among others.

Elaine is currently teaching music education in the primary sector, and is also an accompanist at the Johann Strauss School of Music.
