Student Memo 131115 – MPO last-minute opportunities
Dear Students / Parents / Guardians,
The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra Academy Masterclasses would like to invite all Johann Strauss School of Music Malta string students as non-active participants (free of charge) to follow masterclasses conducted by American tutors. The tutors are currently in Malta, to work with the MYO in preparation for the forthcoming Ziguzajg performance. Sessions will be held on Saturday 14th November 3.00 p.m. till 6.00 p.m. and Sunday 15th November from 4.00 p.m. till 7.00 p.m. at the MPO offices in Floriana. JSSoM Loyalty Card holders are hereby being offered free tickets for the MPO Chamber Orchestra Series, conducted by Brian Schembri and featuring violin and harp concertos. Concerts are held on Friday 20th November and Saturday 21st November, at Robert Samut Hall. The free student ticket will be offered when purchased with an adult full paying entrance.
